WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN TAKING PART IN A DIABETES RESEARCH STUDY?
We are taking part in a research study looking at the safety and effectiveness of a new investigational oral medication for treating Type 2 Diabetes.
If you have Type 2 Diabetes and:
1) Are drug naive or pre-treated with any anti-diabetic background therapy,
2) Have increase cardiovascular risk – with one of the following:his
-
history of myocardial infarction
-
history of stroke
-
unstable angina
-
coronary artery disease
-
peripheral artery disease
You may be eligible to participate in this study!
This research study will involve 7000 patients from approximately 650 clinics in 40 different countries. The study will last for approximately 6 years, during which you will see the study doctor and/or nurse about 34 times. The duration of the trial may vary.
Participants may receive reimbursement for time & travel expenses.
The research study is being conducted at Green and Seidner Family Practice Associates.
