Deborah Ann Topakas, DO
joined Green & Seidner in September of 2004. After graduating from the University of Delaware, she worked as a research technician in the Department of Pediatrics at Thomas Jefferson University for three years prior to medical school. Dr. Topakas obtained her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Erie, Pennsylvania. She received many academic awards at LECOM and was notably honored for her excellence in pharmacology and primary care. She completed her internship at Frankford Hospital and her family practice residency at Chestnut Hill Hospital, both in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Topakas is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association and the Pennsylvania Medical Society. She is a diplomat of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners and is board certified in Family Practice. Her areas of special interest include Pediatrics, Sports Medicine and Women's Health.Dr. Topakas is married and has one child.
